If you have been around computers for any length of time you may have heard about this new form of computing called cloud Programming. cloud Programming is basically web based programs that allow you to work from anywhere there is internet service. Instead of the program being loaded on your local personal computer the programs are loaded to multiple mega server farms. This is a basic definition of cloud based computing, the wave of the future. This style programming is all new and it is believed to be taking over the computer industry.

You probably have heard of Skype. Skype is a very popular voice and video chat over the internet system. Now Skype is looking to move into the world of cloud computing. Hopefully shortly they will make that transition.

Because it only has a very small program loaded on your computer and does everything over the internet it hardly impacts your local personal computer performance.

Panda cloud is a very useful tool also in blocking against malware threats to your computer system. This past year Panda Labs based program added new safety protection against all sorts of malicious web based sites. By adding these safeguards your system is protected before the malicious downloads or attacks can be done to your local computer system.
What makes Panda cloud antivirus so desirable is that because this company utilizes cloud Computing so in turn it frees up your local computer system and it does not bog down the resources of your computer. One thing that I have always hated with traditional antivirus programs is that when they are updating the signatures on my local system it tends to really bog down my computer and my computer internet speed. Normally an antivirus program would have to download the virus signatures to your computer but because Panda is a cloud based program it does not need to drag down the performance of your local system because the signatures do not need to be downloaded to your local machine. So this makes antivirus program a much lighter weight program on your local system and because there is no delays in doing updates this makes Panda cloud a much more attractive antivirus program.
